Falcon Football Players Honored at Annual Banquet
The banquet was held on Tuesday, Nov. 6 and honored varsity and junior varsity football players.
Severna Park High School varsity and junior varsity football players were honored at their annual awards banquet on Nov. 6 at Woods Memorial Church, and many Falcon athletes were recognized for their acheivements.
2012 varsity football award winners:
- Sherman S. Robinson Scholar Athlete – Michael Minter
- George Roberts Defensive MVP – Luke King
- Wayne Mook Offensive MVP – Cole Duncan
- Frank Lafferty Unsung Hero – Jack Kenealy
- Jerry P. Hines Sr. Inspiration – Owen Kiriazoglou
- Buzz Purdy Essence of Character – Sam Mayer
- Andy Borland Leadership – Sam Ziff
- Robert Ferris Offensive Lineman of the Year – Calvin George
- Tom Williams Defensive Lineman of the Year – Rodney Hungerford
