Jenos Makes 300 Steaks for Navy Football Players

will be cooking up a big order Thursday evening when they make 300 cheesesteak subs to be devoured by Navy football players after their practice.

The sandwiches will be prepared starting at about 5 or 5:30 p.m. under a tent erected outside of the shop in the parking lot by brothers Rudy and Mark Adriano.

The subs, along with packaged condiments, will then be transported to the Naval Academy to be handed out after the players' 8 p.m. practice.

This time of the year is slow for the shop with many folks away on vacation.

"This [the order] couldn't have come at a better time," Rudy said.
