Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed in Millersville

Police said a pizza delivery driver was robbed in Millersville on Thursday night.

According to a police press release, officers responded to the 8200 block of Bernard Drive in Millersville at 6 p.m. for a reported armed robbery. They found a pizza delivery driver that was delivering a pizza when a man approached.

Police said the suspect implied that he had a weapon and demanded the victim’s money. The delivery driver gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and he then left on foot into a wooded area.

Police patrol and a K-9 unit searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
