Severna Park, MD. (March 27, 2015)—The Severna Park Taphouse is pleased to announce “Weekend Brunch” beginning on Saturday, April 11th.
The new menu, created by Severna Park Taphouse head Chef Rob Chavis, includes French Toast with blueberry-brandy compote – a reduction of fresh blueberries and brandy, Chesapeake Eggs Benedict – two poached eggs, sautéed colossal crab meat, and a home-made hollandaise sauce, and a must try, home-made Coffee Cake. Chef Chavis created a menu that incorporates traditional brunch foods with an exciting twist.
“Weekend Brunch at the Taphouse is a great experience. We are located just off the B&A Trail at the Ranger’s Station and have bicycle parking in our backyard deck area. Weekend Brunch is a great way to get out and enjoy delicious brunch and cocktails with your friends.” – Jill Higham, Craft Beer Manager.
