Tai Chi/Qigong for Health and Wellness - NEW SESSION
Participate in this 6-week session, suitable for all levels of fitness.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement. This class is held at the Severna Park Community Center. (If this location or time is inconvenient, JIng Ying offers many more options at our school in Arnold - near Annapolis).
Tai Chi 6-Week Session
Wednesdays, July 20, 27, August 3, 17, 24, 31 (no class August 10)

This new 6-week session will meet once a week and cover basic tai chi and qigong exercises. New students can join at any time and the fee will be pro-rated. The class will be held at Severna Park Community Center in Severna Park from 10:30 to 11:30 am. (If this location or time is inconvenient, Jing Ying offers many more options at their school in Arnold - near Annapolis).
You can make up missed classes by attending any of Jing Ying's "Tai Chi for Health & Wellness" or "Tai Chi for Chronic Conditions" classes at Jing Ying's studio in Arnold up to a month after a Severna Park Community Center session ends.

The class is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, who teaches tai chi/qigong throughout Anne Arundel County and trains with top tai chi masters from around the world.
