1 Hospitalized In Shooting At Silver Spring Apartment Complex: Police

A man was taken to the hospital after he was shot late Monday night at a Silver Spring apartment complex, according to police.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are investigating a shooting that took place Tuesday night in Silver Spring.

Around 11:20 p.m., investigators were at the scene of the shooting in the 14000 block of Castle Boulevard. A preliminary investigation revealed the a man was shot and taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

At least three apartments were struck by bullets fired during the incident, according to MCDP.

Police reported that they did not have a suspect in custody in connection to this incident.
