13-Year-Old From Silver Spring Missing Since Thursday Night: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy from Silver Spring, according to police

Ramiro Vladimir Palacio was last seen around 8 p.m., on Thursday, in the in the 1700 block of Hampshire Green Lane.

Police described Palacios as standing about 5-foot-8 and weighing 140 pounds, with black eyes and black hair. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black shirt, black athletic pants and black Nike sneakers.

Anyone with information about Palacios' whereabouts is asked to call the police 24-hour, non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 or the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400. Callers do not need to identify themselves.
