19-Year-Old Missing From Silver Spring Since Dec. 4 Sought By Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 19-year-old Wilmer Crisostomo Cabrera of Silver Spring, who has been missing since Dec. 4.

Cabrera was last seen around 7 a.m., in the 8700 block of Carroll Avenue.

Police described Cabrera as standing 4-foot-10 and weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow jacket, ripped skinny blue jeans; blue, gray and white Puma shoes; and a black face mask.
