Get ready for a HEART healthy day of fun, education and entertainment with Divas, Making our People Healthier (MPH) as they host a block party to celebrate the end of their Love Yourself with all Your H.E.A.R.T (Health Education, Action, Resources, and Training) campaign.
This free community-wide event is designed to encourage minority women, families and their community, to be healthy and active this season. Activities will include, FREE health screenings, a surprise celebrity appearance, music and dancing, prizes & giveaways, family fun stations, nutritious food, fitness challenges and entertainment!
The event is sponsored by Divas, MPH with funding support from the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health in partnership with The Heart Truth® campaign.
