Christmas is the season for care packages, and Guldstreet Shipping is hosting a free 30-minute live Q&A on Tuesday, November 3 at 8:00 PM Eastern, on TikTok LIVE @guldstreetshipping. Learn how Shop and Ship works: send us product links from any US store, we send one written quote, then buy, photograph and ship everything to Ghana, Togo or Cote d'Ivoire in one shipment, with no US card needed. We will also cover Fill-a-Barrel for Family (we shop and pack a whole barrel, from $580), what to send, and the Christmas booking cutoffs. Next DMV pickup Sunday is November 8; the DMV Christmas cutoff is Saturday, November 21. Send questions in advance: guldstreetshipping.com/r/PATCHLIVE/?to=/topics/live-qa/

It is easy to feel powerless when circumstances change unexpectedly, other people’s choices affect your life, or the future feels uncertain. Over time, you may begin to believe that your peace and happiness depend on what happens around you.
This workshop will help you reconnect with the inner strength that stress, disappointment, and self-doubt may have caused you to forget. Through mindful awareness, intentional thinking, and conscious choices, you will learn how to move from reacting to life to responding with clarity and confidence.
You’ll leave with:
• Greater confidence and emotional independence
• Stronger resilience when facing challenges
• The ability to make choices from clarity rather than fear
• A renewed sense of personal power, direction, and purpose
You may not be able to control every circumstance, but you can reclaim the power to choose who you will be within it.
Sister Dr. Jenna is a spiritual mentor, author, radio and TV personality, and speaker. She is the director of the Washington DC Branch of the Brahma Kumaris and founder of the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Museums in Maryland and Chantilly, VA.
