Have You Seen Missing Montgomery Village Man?
Police are asking for help finding a Montgomery Village man missing since April 1. He is likely on foot, possibly in DC or Silver Spring.
MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Montgomery Village man.
Andre Bernard O’Brien, 29, of Lake Shore Drive, was last seen about noon on April 1 on foot in the area of the Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center, 9600 block of Lost Knife Road.
O’Brien is described as an African American male, 6’00″ tall, and weighs 215 pounds. His head is shaved and he has brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for O’Brien’s physical and emotional well-being.
He has no known access to a vehicle and uses public transportation. Police say O'Brien frequents the downtown Silver Spring area and Southeast, Washington, D.C.
