Hundreds Attend Annual Riderwood Diversity Fair
"Around the RiderWORLD" hosted by The Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Erickson Living Values Team

Silver Spring, MD -- Hundreds of residents at Riderwood, an Erickson Living developed and managed community in Silver Spring, MD, attended the Annual Riderwood Diversity Fair hosted by The Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Erickson Living Values Team. Residents and staff shared their heritage, nationality, religion, culture and/or unique experiences at the event titled "Around the RiderWORLD."
"The Diversity Celebration at Riderwood featured a wide array of international music, eclectic dancing, delectable food, and a sharing of cultures from multiple vendors," said Alphonso Westley, Associate Executive Director, Riderwood. "The celebration supports and enhances our mission of maintaining a community that actively seeks to create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment by addressing the educational, economic, cultural, and societal needs within our community and outside the gates. Our goal is continue to look for ways to ensure diverse perspectives, cultures and values are accepted, appreciated and celebrated."
Many also performed and/or participated in a fashion show. Fun was had by all!
