Seeing the writing on the wall, Jolene "got smart"- surely she does not want her name associated with:

1. Leisure World member/unit owner funds in the approximate amount of $16,000+ (plus unidentified legal fees) have been used by Kevin Flannery, President Maryland Clubhouse Services, Inc. to pay fines, fees and perjury charges Montgomery County has filed against him/ Maryland Clubhouse Services, Inc. for:

"two violations of the Board of License Commissioners Rules and Regulations under Chapter 3 Applications. Section 3.0 (b) All applications must be made under oath subject to the penalties of perjury and Section 3.2 Updating Applications (a) Any change in the pertinent information contained in any application filed with the Board must be reported to the Board within 15 days of the change. "

2. a shell corporation, that for 33 years did not file required reports and fees to the State of Maryland;

3. a shell corporation , that until caught violating State law did not, as legally required by State law, have a Maryland Sales & Use Tax account, into which every cent of alcoholic beverage sales tax Leisure World residents have been charged for more than 33 years, was to have been paid;

Having her name sullied with this collapsing corrupt house of cards is certainly not in her best interest.

Likewise, Leisure World Executive Secretary Marlene Smith, had her name removed from this shell corporation:

Jolene King-Vice President,

Marlene Smith-Secretary

Marlene claims that she had no awareness of nor authorized her name to be used as an elected officer of Maryland Clubhouse Services, Inc.

She said: "I took minutes for that particular meeting. My signature was required as the recorder of that meeting."

Could it be that for these reasons and the YEARS of Montgomery County Health inspection reports showing violations, including unsanitary food preparation areas which Kevin Flannery concealed from the residents, LW BOD, LW Restaurant and Health Advisory Committees, that caused LW restaurant contract Perrie, LLC. co-owner Spiro Macheras to suddenly depart the scene? As the Leisure World Community Corporation BOD and Executive Committee Vice Chairman, Paul Eisenhaur has violated his signed Conflict of Interest and "Code of Ethics" forms.
