Large Fire Breaks Out At Honda Dealership: MCFRS
A large fire at a Honda dealership in Burtonsville Tuesday evening caused upward of $1.6 million in damage, according to fire officials.

SILVER SPRING, MD — About 100 firefighters spent Tuesday evening battling a blaze that tore through a Honda dealership in Burtonsville.
Montgomery County Fire Chief Scott Goldstein said the fire started at 3201 Automobile Blvd. just before 10 p.m. When crews arrived, they encountered a large blaze coming from the dealership's service bay area.
With the help of fire and rescue units from Prince George's County and Howard County, crews were able to extinguish the fire.

One firefighter suffered minor injuries, according to Montgomery's fire and rescue spokesman Pete Piringer.
Electrical work was ongoing in the building, but it is unclear what started the fire, officials said.
