Here's just a few of the recent investigations revealing astounding realities about the unlawfully seated, unelected Leisure World governance and management surrogates, each of whom are financially responsible for decisions and expenditures using the member/unit owner funded $25 Million annual budget:

1. An unregistered, convicted felon (pedophile), who had been sentenced to 10 years in a maximum security penitentiary, on the Montgomery Mutual and Leisure World Board of Directors, LW Executive Committee and Director of the Leisure World Foundation;

2. A LW BOD/LW Executive Committee/Budget Committee Chair, whose court records reflects personal bankruptcy, foreclosure, judgements, garnishment of property and wages;

3. The General Manager's position description requires that he "take necessary action(s) to comply with the legal requirements of federal, state or local laws." The contracted General Manager has been recently charged with making false statements under penalty of perjury. Rather than demanding that he resign or be terminated with cause, the unelected lemming- like Leisure World Community Corporation homeowners association board of directors, like lemmings engaging in a headlong rush to destruction, permits him to use and abuse our member/unit owner funds to pay HIS fines.

In his July 6, 2017 email, BOD Chair David Frager writes:

"Many people have an animus towards the GM, but the board has consistently shown support. A member of the Board could introduce a resolution with some kind of sanction but there is nothing in his contract that deals with reducing compensation."

In his reply, Leisure World member/unit owner Norman Holly writes: "The animus against the GM is well founded, however much the board chooses to turn a blind eye."

4. An ongoing investigation shows that the General Manager concealed from the LW BOD and community at large, restaurant health inspection reports revealing deplorable filth, unsanitary and unsafe food preparation areas have long existed in the Leisure World restaurant kitchens, at least 2 reported cases of food poisoning, and health department ordered closures:
