Man Stabbed In Silver Spring: One Man Arrested, Cop Search For More Suspects
A man was stabbed in Silver Spring on Monday. Police have arrested one man and are searching for other suspects.
SILVER SPRING, MD — An unidentified man was taken to the hospital Monday after he was stabbed in Silver Spring, Montgomery County Police said.
Cops responded to a 911 call to the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive at about 5:40 p.m. Monday and found the victim on the ground. He was taken to the hospital and treated for lacerations and puncture wounds, police said.
Darius Levar Kelly was arrested by police near the scene of the stabbing and is being held without bond — police did not give his age or the reason he was identified as a suspect.

Cops say they are still investigating and there are additional suspects. Anyone with information about the stabbing is asked to call the Montgomery County Police at 240-773-6870.
