Man Wanted For Bank Fraud At Montgomery County Credit Unions: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a series of bank frauds that occurred across multiple jurisdictions last month, according to a release.

On Thursday, MCDP released a photo of the man they say used a fake drivers license to obtain funds from the member accounts at credit union in Silver Spring and Gaithersburg, as well as Pennsylvania.

Anyone who can identify the man in the photo or who has information about this case is asked to call crime the 5th District Patrol Investigations Unit at 240- 773-6261 or 240-773-TIPS or contact Crimes Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect. Callers may remain anonymous.
