Missing 12-Year-Old Last Seen Monday Morning In Silver Spring: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 12-year-old Cesar Urial Gomez Velasquez, who has been missing since early Monday morning.

Beltran was last seen around 8 a.m. in the 300 block of University Boulevard East in Silver Spring, according to MCDP.

Police described Gomez Velasquez as standing 5-foot-6 and weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatpants with a white stripe, a black shirt with a rose design and a black sweatshirt.
