Missing 16-Year-Old Boy Last Seen At Silver Spring Dunkin Donuts

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 16-year-old Hagan Rousseau, who has been missing for about a week.

Rousseau was last seen Aug. 15, around 9:30 p.m., at the Dunkin Donuts located at 11400 New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring.

Police described Rousseau as standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Rousseau was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black shirt, according to police.
