Missing 16-Year-Old From Silver Spring Last Seen On Sunday: Police

Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 16-year-old Marsamo Kranidis Schmidt of Silver Spring, who was last seen on Sunday in the 10200 block of Tenbrook Drive, according to a release.

Police described Schmidt as standing approximately 5-foot-8 and weighing 190 pounds, with black medium length locs and brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray T-shirt, black hoodie sweatshirt, dark athletic pants, and black sneakers, according to police. He also may have been carrying a black rolling suitcase with a gold tassel.

Anyone with information about Schmidt's location is asked to call the 24-hour, police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
