Missing 16-Year-Old From Silver Spring Last Seen Thursday Night

SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 16-year-old Carol Hernandez of Silver Spring.

Hernandez was last seen around 9:30 p.m., in the 1700 block of New Hampshire Green Lane in Silver Spring, according to police.

Police described Hernandez as standing 5-foot-2 and weighing 145 pounds, with short black hair above the shoulders and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white tank top and blue jean shorts.
