MCFJC Foundation announces First Virtual 11k during October 2020

The Montgomery County Family Justice Center Foundation will hold its first Virtual 11k through the month of October, 2020 - Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Cost to participate in the event is $35.00 plus a $3.00 sign up fee. Registration runs through October 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM EDT .

Catherine Albornoz, chair of the event, noted that this year marks 11 years of support for victims of domestic violence and their children through the MCFJCF. Participants in the event can walk, run or stroll 11k (6.835 miles) any time, any place during the month of October.

  • Emergency transportation
  • Specialized counseling services
  • Financial literacy training
  • Emergency care kits
