We Can Be Brave While Brokenhearted: Yoga Workshop on June 8

Yoga Helps Alleviate Anxiety and Trauma

We’ve all been there…. feeling overwhelmed, depressed and lonely. Triggers can come out of nowhere. Even the beginning of summer, can evoke painful memories. Symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress can rise. Yoga can help develop a strong connection to the body as well as trust of self and others.

It can provide greater self-awareness and a strong understanding of how to set boundaries and be assertive. Yoga helps to clear the mind and increases the supply of oxygen to the body which in turn helps reduce stress, increase energy flow and ensure mental clarity. All levels of students are welcome to attend. We will work together and individually to empower ourselves and one another. You are not alone.
