Wild Keeper Ambassador Hosts Cleanup Event Saturday At Rock Creek Park
Volunteers interested in keeping the outdoors trash-free can join a Wild Keeper Ambassador Saturday for a cleanup event at Rock Creek Park.
SILVER SPRING, MD — Get out early on Saturday and help Wild Keeper Ambassadors and other members of the Silver Spring community clean up Rock Creek Park.
WKAs are people from around the world who enjoy preserving the outdoors by keeping them trash free. WKA volunteers organize and lead monthly trash cleanups around the area.
On Saturday, WKA Nyambi will be leading a cleanup from 7-9 a.m., at 4425 Garrett Park Road in Silver Spring.

Bags and gloves will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to wear shoes/boots and long pants. They can even bring buckets and trash grabbers if they want.
