UPDATE: Woman Missing In Silver Spring Found Safe, Unharmed

SILVER SPRING, MD — A woman reported missing in Silver Spring has been found safe and unharmed.

Kandyce Nicole Neal, 36, was last seen in Silver Spring on Sunday and contacted a friend Monday evening, but did not say where she was, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. On Wednesday police said she had been found.
