• 23-Year-Old Victim Identified In Fatal Suitland Apartment Shooting (thebaynet.com) — A 23-year-old Suitland man, Dwight Young, has died after being shot inside an apartment on Terrace Drive early May 18 in Suitland. Police say everyone involved knew each other and investigators are interviewing witnesses and reviewing evidence. Detectives are consulting prosecutors on possible charges and are asking residents with information to come forward. 
• Suitland Man Identified In Fatal Stabbing Of 17-Year-Old Amari Clarke (thebaynet.com) — Police have arrested a 30-year-old Suitland resident in connection with the fatal May 8 stabbing of 17-year-old Amari Clarke, who also lived in Suitland. Officers say the two knew each other and the dispute turned deadly on St. Barnabas Road. Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit or Crime Solvers.
