A Toolbox For Dad - @atoolboxfordad
I have two girls… they loved the Silly Bands… but that fad has come and gone (at least I think so). So what do my girls want now and want in large quantities?
LOOM Rainbow Rubber Bands.

They can’t get enough of them. I think they have 4 shades of blue, and 5 different pinks. Some glow in the dark, some don’t.
I do like the fact that its a hands on project. It gets them away from the electronics and is focusing more on arts and crafts. Another positive on these little rubber bands… I have an unlimited supply of pony tail holders…

But from this Dads perspective… Enough is Enough! I am finding these little rubber bands everywhere! I am finding the bracelets EVERYWHERE. My oldest daughter is making bracelets for all her friends, all her sisters friends, and she has offered to make some for my coworkers… and don’t forget the ones she is making for fun/practice. Some family members have offered to give her buck or two for theirs… So she thinks I will pay for mine… Wrong!… OK,… maybe I did once…
She has made bracelets for my favorite color, favorite baseball team colors (Cubs), my favorite NCAA team (Marshall University), My favorite NFL Team (Bears)… I wear them with pride though. I think she is thrilled that I wear them to work.
Now she tells me there are different styles of bracelets, the fishtail, the single, the double fishtail, etc… so even though I have a Cubs bracelet, I don’t have a Cubs fishtail bracelet. I said OK, make me one… her response… That will be $2.00.
My oldest has a little business skills in her… she said, make a donation of $2.00 or more and she will make you one…
