Flood Watch Issued for Montgomery County
National Weather Service warns of possible flooding in the area.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood warning for Montgomery and Prince George's counties until 8:00 p.m.
NWS’ Doppler radar indicates moderate to heavy rainfall, and is warning drivers about roadway conditions and said to avoid areas of the road with standing water, as even one foot of flowing water is enough to sweep vehicles from the road.
