Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing juvenile from the Adelphi area.

Yessica Vasquez-Romero, age 14, was last seen by family at approximately 10:30 p.m. yesterday evening (Thursday, March 18) when she left her Southhampton Drive home on foot.

Vasquez-Romero is approximately five-foot-tall and weighs 130 pounds.  She has blue eyes and light brown hair. Vasquez-Romero was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray leggings, a black sweater, and black tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Vasquez-Romero’s welfare.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Yessica Vasquez-Romero is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000(24hrs). Callers may remain anonymous.
