Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult male.

On Tuesday, November 2, at approximately 9:00 a.m.., James Vincent Horvath, age 69, was last seen leaving his residence in his white Toyota Camry bearing Maryland license plate JAC360.
Horvath is 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 178 pounds. He has white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a navy jacket, a black sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
Police and family are concerned for his physical welfare.
