Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the Wheaton area.

Samanta Lopez Tapia, age 15, was last seen by family during the evening hours of Sunday, March 14, when she left her Randolph Road home on foot.
Tapia is approximately 5' tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Tapia was last seen wearing black jeans and a black sweater.

Police and family are concerned for Tapia’s welfare.
