The Montgomery County Council’s Town Hall Meeting for residents of the Silver Spring area scheduled for Wednesday, March 15, has been postponed due to the weather conditions.

The Council was concerned that melting snow in the daytime, followed by evening freezing temperatures, would create hazardous conditions for those planning to attend the meeting at the Long Branch Community Center.

The meeting in the Silver Spring area will be rescheduled for a later date sometime in April.
