Drivers should prepare for overnight lane closures beginning Wednesday, Sept. 17, as a resurfacing project begins on southbound I-95 in the vicinity of the ICC interchange.According to State Highway Administration officials in a news release, the work will mean several weeks of overnight lane closures on southbound I-95 north of MD 198 and the ICC Interchange.
