Stressed Out? I Can Help!

The clock is winding down on the holiday season, which can create feelings of anxiety for a few of us. As the Towson Town Center GURU, I consider it my holiday duty to help you be stress-free! So this week, I tackled a few of the things that can contribute to a lack of holiday spirit!

Monday on my blog, towsontowncenterguru.com, I recapped a segment that aired on WBAL’s Sunday morning news show. The topic? Holiday party dresses!  And not just finding a good one, but trying to figure out what “formal”, “semi-formal” and “semi-casual” really look like these days. To go along the same party theme, Tuesday’s blog post was aimed at helping you with another event dilemma us ladies face: makeup! Since this is the time of year we want to show off a little glitter, I visited The Body Shop at Towson Town Center that not only has a great selection of make-up, but will also offers you a FREE makeover when you stop by and mention the blog!

And on Wednesday, it was all about getting a great gift for Grandma and Grandpa- not the easiest people to buy for. They either don’t need anything or tell you “Oh, don’t get me anything”. Brookstone, Things Remembered, L’Occitane and several other great retailers all had fabulous gifts the grandparents will love.
