Brotman Financial Group Wins Ascend Award for Outstanding Practice from NFP Advisor Services

Brotman Financial Group, Inc., a financial services firm whose professionals offer wealth management services to multi-generational families, announced today that is has been awarded the inaugural Ascend Award for Outstanding Practice from NFP Advisor Services. As the award recipient, Brotman Financial Group receives $5,000 to donate to the charity of its choice. The firm has designated the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Maryland as the recipient of its donation.

The Ascend Award for Outstanding Practice recognizes the top-tier wealth management practice with a history of growth that stems from robust marketing efforts, optimized technology and/or operational efficiencies. Brotman Financial Group was chosen among 20 finalists for exemplifying the results of dedication to its clients and a holistic partnership with NFP Advisor Services.

Over the past five years, Brotman Financial Group has more than doubled its revenue, located to a larger office space and grown its staff from five employees to 14. In January 2016, the firm merged with Benwood Financial Group in Cincinnati, Ohio.
