Missing Lutherville Teen Found in Carroll County: Police
Rachel Elizabeth Morrison had been missing since Saturday, Baltimore County police said.

UPDATE (10:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20)—Rachel Elizabeth Morrison was found alive and well in Carroll County, the Baltimore County Police Department said.
Previous report: The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking help finding a Lutherville teen who has been missing since Saturday.
Rachel Elizabeth Morrison, 16, has a rare medical condition and may not have the medicines that she needs to survive, according to police.

Morrison was last seen at 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, when she left her home on Tremblant Court in Lutherville in an older brown car with an alleged friend, according to police. Authorities have not been able to determine the whereabouts of Morrison and the friend.
Police said Morrison is 5’05”, 115 pounds and has blue eyes, red curly hair and a birth mark above her left eye.

When last seen, Morrison was wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown boots.
