FOUND: 15-Year-Old Missing from Parkville

Have you seen this teen? She disappeared from Parkville area Wednesday, according to police.

UPDATE: The teen missing from the Arrow Center on Cromwell Bridge Road has returned unharmed. Police reported after 8 a.m. Friday that she had returned.

The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for help finding a 15-year-old who went missing Wednesday.

Vivica A. Brown was last seen walking away from the Arrow Center in the 1600 block of Cromwell Bridge Road, according to police. She has “emotional challenges and may be in emotional distress,” police reported.

The center in Baltimore County is part of Arrow Ministries, a program that helps children and families in distress nationwide.

Brown is described as 5’2”, 174-pound African-American teen with black hair and brown eyes. She was thought to have been wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray leggings at the time of her disappearance, police said.
