2 Law Firms Moving To Bosley Building In Towson

The building at 210 Allegheny Avenue is more than 60 percent leased, management company says.

TOWSON, MD — Two law firms have signed leases at the Bosley Building. The five-story office building at 210 Allegheny Avenue recently underwent a $1 million makeover.

Building owner Cicero Capital Partners modernized the exterior, renovated all common areas and bathrooms, redid signage, installed new flooring and re-imagined the first-floor lobby.

The new tenants moving to 210 Allegheny Avenue are Forster & LeCompte and Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall.

Forster & LeCompte, moving from South Street in downtown Baltimore City, is a criminal defense law firm providing counsel at the trial, appellate and post-conviction stages.

Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall is a full-service law firm moving from Washington Avenue in Towson.

The commercial building, located at the intersection of Allegheny and Bosley avenues,is now 62 percent occupied, according to a statement from Chesapeake Real Estate Group, which partnered with Cicero to oversee the management and marketing for the Bosley Building.

"Both firms cited the recent exterior and interior upgrades completed...as important factors in their respective real estate decisions," Christopher Murray of Chesapeake Real Estate Group said in a statement. "Activity remains strong in the Towson area, and we are negotiating with additional users.”

Murray said that the restaurant and retail amenities nearby as well as being within walking distance to the Baltimore County courthouse was attractive to both law firms.

Stanley Black & Decker also recently signed a lease at the building.
