2 Royal Farms Robbed In 2 Hours: Towson Crime

Two Royal Farms stores were robbed this week in the Towson area, according to police.

TOWSON, MD — The following information is provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. Reports are from the Towson precinct.

A garage was burglarized in the 500 block of Club Lane. The suspect got in through an unlocked side window. Nothing was reported stolen in the burglary at 5 a.m. on Dec. 26.

Items were taken from vehicles parked in the garage attached to a home in the 600 block of Hillen Road. The burglary occurred through a door in the home that had been left unlocked between midnight at 5:58 a.m. on Dec. 26.

Three suspects, two of whom were armed, robbed Royal Farms in the 1500 block of East Joppa Road. The suspects went into the store and demanded cash and cigarettes. One suspect stole cash from a customer as well. Police said the trio left the scene of the robbery in a vehicle at 11:07 p.m. on Dec. 24.

Money and cigarettes were stolen from Royal Farms in the 6000 block of Falls Road at 9:34 p.m. on Dec. 24. One suspect committed the robbery, while the other acted as a lookout.

A number of items were stolen from the BP gas station in the 1600 block of East Joppa Road. The burglary involved the taking of a safe, which contained cash, an automobile scanner and automobile drill. The crime occurred between 10 p.m. on Dec. 23 and 6 a.m. on Dec. 24.

Keys and a TV were stolen from a home in the 400 block of Overbrook Road. The burglary occurred between 3 p.m. on Dec. 23 and 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 24.

The suspect in a burglary in the 400 block of Oak Lane was arrested. The suspect took a wallet after getting in through an unlocked door at 9:40 p.m. on Dec. 22.

A home was burglarized in the 800 block of Overbrook Road around 1:52 a.m. on Dec. 22. The house was ransacked after the suspect(s) got in through a window. A cell phone, computer and other electronics were stolen.
