Activities Canceled: Baltimore County Schools Modify Schedule Thursday

TOWSON, MD — Due to impending inclement weather, all after-school and evening activities have been canceled for Thursday, Jan. 5, according to Baltimore County Public Schools.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory calling for 1 to 2 inches of snow in central Maryland, including Baltimore County. The advisory is in effect from 6 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday.

Flurries started falling in Baltimore County Thursday afternoon, at which point Baltimore County Public Schools canceled after-school and evening activities.
