Man Found Not Guilty In Towson Peeping Tom Case: Report
One of three men tied to Peeping Tom cases in Towson was found not guilty this week because no one was in the room when he peered in.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Johnnie Wade Jr., a 53-year-old man who was facing two Peeping Tom charges in relation to a Towson case, was acquitted this week, according to reports.
Wade was found not guilty because the room he was looking into was unoccupied at the time that the incident took place, The Baltimore Sun reported.

The Baltimore County Police Department issued a criminal summons against Wade in mid-May. It also named a second man in the case: 56-year-old Daniel F. Sell.
The summons came shortly after police initially announced the arrest of 55-year-old Andrade Robinson for the same Peeping Tom offenses.

The incidents occurred in the Rodgers Forge and Donnybrook Apartments areas in Towson. Since at least April, police had put residents on alert about the case.
Court records show Sell is expected to appear in court on July 28, with Robinson scheduled for an Aug. 24 appearance.
