2 Men Charged With Murder After Fatal Woodlawn Shooting: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Two men were arrested for a fatal shooting reported in the Woodlawn area earlier this month, police announced Friday.

Baltimore County Police identified the two men as 36-year-old Cameron Adams and 38-year-old Dwayne Lee, of Fort Washington and Washington, D.C., respectively.

Court records show Adams and Lee are each facing the following charges:

Police have not released details on what prompted the shooting, or stated whether additional individuals were wanted in the case. It's also unknown if the men had known each other beforehand.

The fatal shooting occurred July 12 around 1:30 a.m.on the 1600 block of White Head Court.

A 26-year-old Christopher Pierce was found at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Adams and Lee are both being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. A preliminary court hearing is scheduled for Lee on Aug. 21, as Adams is set to appear on Aug. 28.
