Arc Baltimore's "Art in the Round" Showcases Artwork by Artists with Disabilities
The talent and artistry of individuals with developmental disabilities will be on display when The Arc Baltimore holds Art in the Round.

The talent and artistry of individuals with developmental disabilities will be on display when The Arc Baltimore holds its 13th Annual Art in the Round Exhibit and Auction, Friday, November 7, 7-10:30 p.m., at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center (3800 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD).
Showcasing an eclectic exhibit of paintings, drawings, watercolors, sculptures, and ceramics – all created by artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities – this year’s Art in the Round will also feature mobile bidding, a photo booth for souvenir pictures, a new delectable menu, open beer and wine bar, specialty drink offerings and tastings, and a new and exciting design of the event space inspired by this year’s poster winner.
“Proceeds from Art in the Round help to fund future art programs, classes, workshops, and training programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” explains The Arc Baltimore Executive Director Stephen H. Morgan.

The artwork exhibited at Art in the Round is chosen by a selection committee of art enthusiasts from more than 200 pieces submitted each year. Featured artists receive 60 percent of the winning bid for each piece of art sold. In addition, The Arc Baltimore presents a financial award to the artist whose work is chosen to be used for next year’s Art in the Round promotional poster.
Limited free parking for Art in the Round will be available at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center. Additional parking will be available at the Episcopal Diocese Center and Cathedral of the Incarnation of Maryland, Charles Street and University Parkway, as well as on adjacent side streets.
