On the fifth consecutive hot Saturday, July 6, I witnessed the dedicated volunteer team that spent the day intent on reconstructing and renovating the old ACTC building. Now, with the removal of its old, rotting floors and its partitions, the old section has become a bare bones skeleton of concrete, wooden beams and framework, and cinder block.
