Assistance Center of Towson Churches Shapes Up ...
Saturday is always a "Labor Day" for the volunteer crew of workers who have been steadfastly reconstructing ACTC's future home (many of them on the job Thursdays as well). On August 31, week 13, they successfully erected the two prefab wall framework units a team had built on week 11 for the new front section, added siding where the chimney used to be and continued to shingle the existing roof. Once the trusses and roof are added, the concrete floor can be poured for the entire facility. Thanks to all of them and to Cathy B., Julie C., Leslie S. and Suzanne B. for providing the lunch break during this Labor Day weekend.
