Cash Register Stolen From Hillendale Grooming Center: Towson Crime
Multiple burglaries and attempts were reported in Towson recently, police report.

TOWSON, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department has provided the following information about recent incidents in the Towson area. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Hillendale Grooming and Pet Center was burglarized between 7 p.m. on April 15 and 9 a.m. on April 17. The suspect broke the front glass door, then took a cash register filled with cash, in the burglary.
A man was arrested after trying to rob Carroll Fuel in the 900 block of Taylor Avenue between 8 and 11:45 p.m. on April 16.

A juvenile was assaulted and robbed by two people whose identities are known. They took her cell phone in the robbery, which happened at 5 p.m. on April 16.
There was a break-in attempt at Poplar Jewelry and Loan in the 1700 block of East Joppa Road. Two people threw a cinderblock through a window at the business and then one tried to get in through the window. When the suspect was unsuccessful, the two left. The attempted burglary happened at 1:08 a.m. on April 6.

A window screen was removed from a basement window at a Baltimore County office building in the 300 block of Allegheny Avenue. The burglary attempt happened between 4:30 p.m. on April 4 and 10:15 a.m. on April 5.
Two people were arrested after a burglary in the 1600 block of Mussula Road. Police said one of the suspects had climbed through a window at 10:55 a.m. on April 2, while his friend kept watch. He took a bus token.
At 10:55 a.m., a known suspect climbed through the side window of a residence with his friend keeping watch. The suspect stole a bus token and both suspects left, then were later arrested in connection with the burglary.
Sometime between 7 p.m. on April 1 and 6:30 a.m. on April 3, the rear door was smashed at the Brian Rocca Hair Studio in the 1600 block of East Joppa Road. The burglary occurred between 7 p.m. on April 1 and 6:30 p.m. on April 3.
A bedroom was ransacked at an apartment in the 6500 block of Falkirk Road. The door lock was damaged using a tool. The burglary happened between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. on April 1.
