Chestnut Grove CDC's 50th Anniversary Celebration Kickoff Event

This year, Chestnut Grove Child Development Center is proud to celebrate 50 years of providing enrichment to preschool children. We will be celebrating this landmark with many exciting events throughout the year, starting with our Kickoff Event on Friday, October 3rd at 4pm.

For this event, we will be collaborating with the church that started the school as a mother’s group back in 1964.

Starting at 4, there will be a carnival with games and prizes for the children to enjoy. From 5:30-6:30, the Zoomobile from the Maryland Zoo will provide a presentation called Fur, Feathers, and Scales which is sure to grab the attention of adults and children alike. After all the fun, families are welcome to bring a picnic dinner and enjoy some time together on the school playground.
