Cooking Fire At Towson Dorm Is Out: Fire Department

TOWSON, MD — Firefighters were called to a dormitory on the Towson University campus for a possible cooking fire Sunday night, according to officials.

Crews were dispatched to the 400 block of Campus View Drive at 6:02 p.m., according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.

By 6:15 p.m., officials said they were leaving after discovering the fire was out.

There was no further hazard, and authorities said no injuries were reported.
