BREAKING: Traffic alert for those taking I-695 in the area of I-83.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash that happened on Interstate 695 Wednesday is snarling traffic for afternoon commuters in Baltimore County.
The collision was reported on I-695 in the area of the Jones Falls Expressway/I-83.
Both lanes from the outer loop of I-695 to the I-83 were closed, officials reported at 3:45 p.m.
