'Critical' Teen is Missing: Baltimore County Police

A 16-year-old who requires medication is missing from a facility off Crowmell Bridge Road, and authorities are asking for help finding him.
Donald Joy, 16, was reported missing Sunday from the Arrow Project, according to police. The Arrow Project operates a center in the 1600 block of Cromwell Bridge Road that provides structured learning for those with special educational and emotional needs.
Joy needs medication for a variety of physical and emotional illnesses, authorities report, and as a result police have classified him as a “critical missing teen.”

Officials said Joy might be trying to go back to his home in Calvert County.
He is described as 5’10” tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing a black and purple hat, gray skinny jeans, a black t-shirt and Nikes, according to police.
